Deep Fry:Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 8 - 10 minutes until golden brown and the filling is piping hot throughout.
Air Fry:Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C. Spray the samosas generously with oil and place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, turning and spraying with more oil halfway through cooking.
