Pan Fry: Remove the paratha from its wrapping and cook straight from frozen. Heat a non-stick pan until it reaches a medium heat. Cook for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paratha is light brown and crisp. Remove from the frying pan and serve immediately.
